The stark reality of the bush veldt necessitates high performance team work. Prides of lions, packs of african wild dog and herds of elephant can only survive by working together. It is from these supreme team workeres that we discover what it takes to move from a team in name only to a dynamic high performance team.
At the heart of this experience is a rich schedule of facilitated development sessions, drawing upon lessons from the wild as they apply to leadership, strategies for survival and teamworking. These sessions are spread throughout the days and into the night by the fireside, interspersed with wilderness walks (optional), game drives and team and individual challenges. Quiet time to reflect and enjoy the peace is an integral part of this experience.
This is an experience that stomachs no platitudes, politicking or superficiality and promotes candid straight talking, personal reflection and full-blooded participation. Offering participants the opportunity to get back to some basics about the human being, how to positively connect with others, how to be yourself and have the courage and judgement to do the "right things" not just do "things right".
