The Project Management Institute (P.M.I.) is recognised worldwide and the qualification they validate is the Project Manager Professional or the P.M.P.†

To achieve a P.M.P. candidates have to prove themselves in an extremely wide range of skills that go way beyond technology. Soft skills are as important as technical skills, on-the-job experience is acknowledged and creativity is admired.

We certainly do not shun technology. In fact many of our workshops are based on the Project-Change Frame®, a flexible 'hard' underpinning for all our change management workshops. However, as our strap line indicates, our philosophy is thoroughly embedded in people. We value soft skills as highly as technical ability. As a result, we are recognised as global education providers for the Project Management Institute. The majority of our workshops are accredited with the P.M.I. and earn delegates valuable Personal Development Units that count towards the P.M.P. qualification.
