management knowledge and experience gained by working as a Project Leader/Project Manager.
To acquire the PMP, candidates must pass a four-hour examination administered worldwide by the Project Management Institute (PMI)). This challenging exam measures the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques that are utilised in the practice of project management. It consists of 200 questions and candidates must achieve at least 137 correctly answered questions to pass.
This programme is designed for candidates who are beginning their preparation to sit the PMP examination. Participants are given learning strategies as well as knowledge to enable them to best revise for the exam.
